When you sync your official learning records in the Add Credentials section, if your Credentials have Skills defined within them, the skills will be automatically added to your LER as Verified skills.
You may also add Self-attested skills to your LER using the method below:
1. Click on My LER from the left menu.
2. Click on the Skills tab.
3. Click Add Skills.
5. Go to the Add from skills database tab.
6. Start typing any keywords or phrase, then scroll and choose a skill from pre-populated options based on verified learning program outcomes and employer required skills.
If you are unable to find a skill from the pre-populated options that relates to you, scroll to the bottom and find the Add custom skill section. The value shown here mirrors the keyword you entered. Click to add a custom skill.
7. Once you have added all of your skills, click Add skills.
8. Notice the new skills added to your LER. Skills that were added from the skills database will show as "Self-attested", whereas skills synced from a credential/verified employer will have a verified banner showing underneath.
9. Once Skills have been added to My LER, they will be available to add in Resume Builder. (See this article for more information on how to add skills to your resume)
