If you want to save a template from jobs you created:
1. Create or edit a job. (See this article on how to create a job OR this article on how to edit a job)
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Click "Save as a template".
If you want to save jobs from other employers as a template:
1. Search for jobs. (See this article on how to search for jobs)
2. Click on the Job title that you wished to save.
3. You will be taken to the job description page. Save job as a template by clicking the "Bookmark" icon.
If you want to save a job template from The Alabama Talent Triad's library of Skills-based Job Templates:
1. Navigate to the hamburger menu at the top right of the home page.
2. Select "Templates."
3. Select your desired template by clicking on the Job title. You may use keywords to help find the template that you need. For example, using the keyword "nurse" automatically generates job templates related to nurse.
4. Hit the bookmark button to save the template.
To use the template, follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Employer Profile.
2. Click on Skills-based jobs from the left menu, then click Create Job.
3. You will find all of your saved templates here. Select the template you wish to use, and click on the Use template button.
4. Your template will be available to customize as needed. Add your company profile, then add or delete skills, credentials and experiences to suit your position (See this article for more information on how to create a job posting). Click Create job to publish your posting to the Triad or Save draft to keep your posting private.
